Once the broth boils, add the whole piece of pork belly for boiling.
Boil thoroughly over medium-low heat for about 40-50 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and infused with flavor.
Remove the well-boiled pork belly, let it cool slightly, then slice thinly into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange neatly on a plate and serve with napa cabbage kimchi or bossam kimchi to complete the dish.
