Ttukdak Hyung's Pork Belly Doenjang Jjigae

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Water: 2L
  • Pork belly
  • Radish
  • Soju
  • Doenjang: 5 tbsp
  • Cheonggukjang: 1 tbsp
  • Gochugaru: 1 spoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Sugar: 0.3 spoon
  • Napa cabbage: 180g
  • Oyster mushrooms: 100g
  • Zucchini: 120g
  • Green onion: 80g
  • Cheongyang chili pepper
  • Red chili pepper
  • King oyster mushrooms: 100g
  • Tofu: 500g
  • Chamaeleon (can substitute with chives)
  • Roasted soybean powder: 2 spoons (roasted soybean powder or meju powder can be used)

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the following ingredients in a pot and boil the meat. 1) Water 2L 2) Pork belly 3) Radish 4) Soju.
  2. When the water has reduced by half, remove the meat and radish, then add and boil the following ingredients. 1) Doenjang 5 tbsp 2) Cheonggukjang 1 tbsp 3) Gochugaru 1 spoon 4) Minced garlic 1 spoon 5) Sugar 0.3 spoon.
  3. In a separate pan, add the following ingredients and boil. 1) Napa cabbage 180g 2) Oyster mushrooms 100g 3) Zucchini 120g 4) Green onion 80g 5) Cheongyang chili pepper 6) Red chili pepper 7) King oyster mushrooms 100g 8) Tofu 500g 9) Thinly sliced meat 10) Chamaeleon 11) Doenjang broth.
  4. When the broth boils, add 2 spoons of roasted soybean powder and boil once more to complete. 1) Roasted soybean powder 2 spoons.
  1. Prepare the main ingredients and pre-mix the seasonings or broth ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients to the pot in order and boil sufficiently.
  3. Adjust the final seasoning and add aromatic ingredients to finish.
