- Put the store-bought mala xiang guo sauce and all the prepared ingredients into a pan and stir-fry well.
- When the ingredients are cooked through, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to enhance the savory flavor.
- Once everything is stir-fried, finish by drizzling a little chili oil to add a spicy aroma.
- Prepare mushrooms, vegetables, and meat; boil dangmyeon, dried tofu, etc. in water.
- Put mala xiang guo sauce and all prepared ingredients into a pan and stir-fry together.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry, then finish by drizzling chili oil.
Cooking tips 💡
- Freezing and thawing tofu creates porous holes that absorb the sauce well and give a chewy texture.
- Pre-boil dangmyeon and hard ingredients before stir-frying to ensure they cook evenly and quickly.
