  • Water: 1.5L
  • Doenjang: 1 tablespoon
  • Whole peppercorns: 10g
  • Ginger: 10g
  • Chicken feet: 1kg
  • Haidilao Mala Sauce: 110g
  • Water: 1L
  • Gochujang: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochugaru: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Jinganjang: 2 tablespoons
  • Mulyeot: 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Beef Dashida: 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Dried tofu skin: 150g
  • Fenghua noodles: 200g
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Bean sprouts: 300g
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 20g

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pot, add the following ingredients and boil for 1 hour. 1.5L water, 1 tablespoon doenjang, 10g whole peppercorns, 10g ginger, 1kg chicken feet.
  2. After 1 hour, rinse the boiled chicken feet thoroughly. Then, add the following ingredients to a sieve and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. 110g Haidilao Mala Sauce, 1L water, 1 tablespoon gochujang, 3 tablespoons gochugaru, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons jinganjang, 2 tablespoons mulyeot, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon beef dashida, 0.5 tablespoon pepper.
  3. After 40 minutes, add the following ingredients and boil once more to complete! 150g dried tofu skin, 200g fenghua noodles, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 300g bean sprouts, 20g Cheongyang chili pepper. Water, potato starch, cocktail shrimp, cooking oil, lemon, mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons, sugar: 2 tablespoons, lemon juice: 2 tablespoons, parsley.
  4. Mix water and potato starch until thick to make a slurry. Water, potato starch.
  5. Add cocktail shrimp to the slurry, coat well, and then deep-fry in 180-degree oil for exactly 5 minutes. Cocktail shrimp.
