  • Cheongju (rice wine): 50ml
  • Red pepper flakes: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Plum extract: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang: 2 tablespoons
  • Minced green onion: 2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Perilla oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Kalguksu noodles
  • Lettuce

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and purge the clams in darkness for 30 minutes. Water: 1L, Salt: 3 tablespoons, Clams.
  2. After 30 minutes, wash the clams thoroughly, then add them to boiling water with cheongju and boil for 5 minutes. Cheongju: 50ml. Stir in one direction.
  3. After 5 minutes, rinse the clams once, then shuck the clam meat. *The clams open easily if you twist the back with a spoon.

Red pepper flakes: 2 tablespoons, Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons, Plum extract: 2 tablespoons, Sugar: 2 tablespoons, Vinegar: 1 tablespoon, Gochujang: 2 tablespoons, Minced green onion: 2 tablespoons, Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon, Perilla oil: 3 tablespoons, Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons.
  5. Top the boiled kalguksu noodles with the following ingredients for Clam Bibim Kalguksu! Boiled kalguksu noodles, lettuce, perilla leaves, cabbage, cucumber, onion, clams, seaweed flakes, sauce. Perilla oil: 2 tablespoons, Zucchini: 200g, Saeujeot (shrimp paste): 0.5 tablespoon, Kalguksu noodles, sauce, seaweed flakes.
  6. In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry briefly. Perilla oil: 2 tablespoons, Zucchini: 200g, Saeujeot (shrimp paste): 0.5 tablespoon.
  7. Top the boiled kalguksu noodles with the following ingredients for Zucchini Bibim Kalguksu! Boiled kalguksu noodles, stir-fried zucchini, sauce, seaweed flakes.
