- Minced beef, as needed
- Shiitake mushrooms, as needed
- Onion, as needed
- Bell pepper, as needed
- Cooking oil, a little
- Soy sauce, a little
- Oyster sauce, a little
- Minced garlic, a little
- Sugar, a little
- Pepper, a little
- MSG, a little
- Sesame seeds, a little

Recipe 🍳
- Lightly coat a pan with cooking oil, add the minced beef, and stir-fry until the surface is well browned.
- When the beef is cooked, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, sugar, pepper, and MSG, and season.
- Add the tteokbokki rice cakes and sliced shiitake mushrooms together with the seasoning, and stir-fry again, letting it simmer down.
- When the rice cakes become soft, add the julienned onion and bell pepper, and lightly stir-fry.
- Turn off the heat while the vegetables still retain their crunch, and finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil.
- Coat a pan with oil and stir-fry minced beef until well browned.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and other seasonings along with the rice cakes and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until the rice cakes are cooked.
- Add onion and bell pepper, lightly stir-fry, then finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
