Recipe 🍳

  1. Lightly coat a pan with cooking oil, add the minced beef, and stir-fry until the surface is well browned.
  2. When the beef is cooked, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, sugar, pepper, and MSG, and season.
  3. Add the tteokbokki rice cakes and sliced shiitake mushrooms together with the seasoning, and stir-fry again, letting it simmer down.
  4. When the rice cakes become soft, add the julienned onion and bell pepper, and lightly stir-fry.
  5. Turn off the heat while the vegetables still retain their crunch, and finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil.
