Maeil Matna's Royal Court Tteokbokki

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

• 25 tteokbokki rice cakes
• 4 pieces of Kinkit marinated LA galbi (8 bone pieces)
• 2 shiitake mushrooms
• a little paprika (red and green)
• 1/3 onion
• 1/2 of the white part of a large green onion
• a little carrot
• 1 sheet of Korean fish cake (eomuk)
• 1 ladle of LA galbi marinade sauce
• a little water (add if moisture is insufficient)
• 1 spoon of soy sauce (add if seasoning is insufficient)
• 0.5 spoon of starch syrup (add if seasoning is insufficient)
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp whole sesame seeds
