• 1/8 head cabbage
• 2 sheets fish cake
• 2 cheongyang chili peppers
• 3 tbsp jjajang powder
• 1 tbsp gochujang
• 1 tbsp gochugaru
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 500ml water

• If using regular jjajang ramen seasoning packets, a ratio of 2 packets per 1 ramen noodle cake is suitable, and you should use plenty of water to account for reduction.
• A ratio of about 1:3 for gochujang to jjajang powder is most harmonious, and adding cheongyang chili peppers at the end completes the clean spiciness behind the richness of the jjajang.
