Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut 2kg of chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with the following ingredients: 2kg chicken thigh meat, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, 5 tablespoons mirin.
  2. Mix the following ingredients to make the batter: 200g potato starch, 300g chicken frying powder, 500ml water.
