- 1-2 Bananas
- Cocoa powder as needed
- Sugar as needed
- 1 Egg
- Chocolate chips as needed
- A little vegetable oil
Recipe 🍳
- Put ripe bananas in a bowl and mash them smoothly using the back of a fork until no lumps remain.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, one egg, and chocolate chips for extra sweetness to the mashed bananas.
- Mix evenly with a fork until the ingredients form a unified dough and no powder is visible.
- Thinly and evenly spread vegetable oil on the bottom and sides of a microwave-safe dish to prevent the brownie from sticking.
- Smoothly pour the batter into the prepared dish and level it out.
- Microwave for 5 minutes to fully cook and set the batter.
- After cooking, do not remove immediately; let it steam sufficiently, then separate from the dish and cut into serving pieces.
- Mash bananas with a fork, then mix in cocoa powder, sugar, egg, and chocolate chips to make batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased microwave-safe container, spreading it flat.
- Microwave for 5 minutes, then remove, let steam dissipate, and serve.
Cooking tips 💡
- Use bananas with black spots (sugar spots) on the surface, as they are easier to mash and much sweeter.
- Right after cooking, it's very hot and soft, prone to tearing; let it cool completely or refrigerate briefly to enhance the dense texture.
- Grease with a little butter instead of vegetable oil for a more refined flavor.
