Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • 4 Choco Pies
  • 1/3 paper cup chocolate milk
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • a pinch of cocoa powder
  • a little cooking oil

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place 4 Choco Pies and 1/3 cup chocolate milk in a microwave-safe heatproof bowl.
  2. Roughly break up a store-bought chocolate bar and add it to the bowl.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute to melt the ingredients until soft.
  4. Remove and use a spatula or spoon to mix thoroughly until the ingredients form a smooth, lump-free batter.
  5. Lightly coat the inside of a square microwave-safe container with cooking oil to create a non-stick layer.
  6. Pour the chocolate batter into the greased container and use a spatula to spread the top flat.
  7. Microwave for 2 minutes to let the batter rise and cook through.
  8. Invert the finished brownie onto a plate, sift cocoa powder evenly on top, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  1. Put Choco Pie, chocolate milk, and crumbled chocolate in a bowl, microwave for 1 minute, and mix into a batter.
  2. Smooth the batter into an oiled pan and microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the pan, dust with cocoa powder, and cut into bite-sized pieces to finish.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Since all ingredients are mashed together at once, make sure to mix thoroughly in every direction to avoid lumps or dry pockets.
  • After filling the container with batter, tap it gently on the counter a few times to release air bubbles, resulting in a denser, chewier brownie texture.
