- Cooking oil: 4 tablespoons
- Gochugaru: 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Eomuk: 180g
- Sausage: 300g
- Water: 3 tablespoons
- Brewing soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Oligodang (corn syrup): 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
- Beef Dashida: 1/3 tablespoon
- Whole sesame seeds: a little
Recipe 🍳
- Combine the ingredients below in a microwave-safe container, mix well, and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- White part of 1 green onion stalk
- Finely chop and add.
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons gochugaru
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- After mixing the chili oil microwaved for 1 minute and 30 seconds, heat for another 1 minute.
- Add the finished chili oil to a pan and stir-fry with 180g of eomuk and 300g of sausage over medium-low heat.
- Cut the eomuk into bite-sized pieces and the sausage diagonally.
- Once the eomuk and sausage are somewhat stir-fried, add all the ingredients below and stir-fry for exactly 10 more seconds to maintain moisture.
- Combine the ingredients below in a microwave-safe container, mix well, and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- White part of 1 green onion stalk
- Finely chop and add.
