Ttukdak Hyung's Dirty Rice

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- Long-grain rice: 300g
- Water: 360ml
- Cooking oil: 3 tbsp
- Ground pork: 300g
- Smoked sausage: 300g
- Onion: 150g
- Celery: 50g
- Bell pepper: 100g
- Minced garlic: 30g
- Cajun seasoning: 2 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes: 1 tbsp
- Basil rub: 0.3 tbsp
- Oregano rub: 0.2 tbsp
- Water: 180ml
- Chicken stock: 1 tbsp
- Italian parsley: 3g
Recipe 🍳
- Cook the rice. Add long-grain rice to the pot. Add water. Once the water starts boiling, cover and cook. Mix the cooked rice with a spatula.
- Add the cooked long-grain rice.
- Stir-fry until well combined with the ingredients.
- Garnish with Italian parsley to finish.
- Make the Dirty Rice. Add cooking oil to the pan. Add ground pork to the pan. Add smoked sausage to the pan. Add onion to the pan. Add celery to the pan. Add bell pepper to the pan. Add minced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning into the pan. Sprinkle red pepper flakes into the pan. Sprinkle basil rub into the pan. Sprinkle oregano rub into the pan. Add water to the pan. Add chicken stock to the pan. Stir-fry. Add more Cajun seasoning to adjust the taste if needed.
- Prepare the ingredients to be served with rice.
- Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasonings.
- Serve over rice and garnish to complete.
