- Grease a pan with cooking oil, combine 2 thawed croissant dough pieces into one pile, overlapping them, and place on the pan.
- Press down firmly with a spatula or press, flipping as needed until both sides are flat and golden brown to form a sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon whole grain mustard, and 1/2 tablespoon honey to make the special sauce.
- Spread the sauce generously and moistly over the top of the golden croissant bun.
- In another pan, cook the bacon and a fried egg to your liking, then layer them on the sauced croissant to finish.
- Combine 2 croissant dough pieces and press flat in a pan, cooking until golden brown.
- Mix mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, and honey to make a sweet mustard sauce.
- Spread sauce on the cooked bread, top with cooked bacon and a fried egg to make a sandwich.
