Recipe 🍳

  2. Press down firmly with a spatula or press, flipping as needed until both sides are flat and golden brown to form a sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon whole grain mustard, and 1/2 tablespoon honey to make the special sauce.
  4. Spread the sauce generously and moistly over the top of the golden croissant bun.
  5. In another pan, cook the bacon and a fried egg to your liking, then layer them on the sauced croissant to finish.
