Recipe

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough thinly and widely into a long sheet.
Connect two sheets of the rolled-out croissant dough together.
Wrap the sausage tightly and completely with the connected dough, leaving no gaps.
Coat the dough surface evenly with beaten egg.
Roll it in a tray of breadcrumbs to coat generously.
Fill a pot or deep pan with plenty of cooking oil.
