Solo Cooking God Morning Bread Egg Bread

  • as much morning bread as you'll eat
  • 1 egg per bread
  • a pinch of salt per bread
  • a little ketchup
  • a generous amount of chopped ham
  • a generous amount of canned corn
  • generous amount of mozzarella cheese
  • a little parsley powder

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the top part of the morning bread into a round shape to create a lid.
  2. Carefully scoop out the inside of the bread with your hands to create ample space.
  3. Crack one egg into each hollowed-out bread cavity.
  4. Sprinkle about two pinches of salt evenly over the eggs for seasoning.
  5. Add a small amount of ketchup according to your preference for extra flavor.
  6. Place desired toppings such as sliced ham, canned corn, and mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  7. Bake in the air fryer at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Check the yolk's doneness halfway through by poking it with a chopstick, then sprinkle parsley powder before serving.

  3. Bake in air fryer at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.

  • If you don’t scoop out the inside and just press down, the bread may puff up over time, causing the egg to overflow or not cook properly—always scoop it out.
