  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 10g
  • Tteokguk tteok: 30g
  • Beef bone broth: 380ml
  • Gochugaru (red pepper flakes): 2 tbsp
  • Gochujang (red pepper paste): 0.5 tbsp
  • Gukganjang (soup soy sauce): 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: 0.5 tbsp
  • Black pepper: 0.1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic: 0.5 tbsp
  • Dasida (MSG-based seasoning): 0.2 tbsp

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak 20g of glass noodles in lukewarm water. 20g glass noodles.
  2. Add the following ingredients to a pot and boil: 30g oyster mushrooms, 150g tofu, 100g bean sprouts, 100g Spam, 120g sausage (*Recommended to use Bas Classic Frank Sausage or Corn King Sausage), 50g kimchi, 20g green onion, 10g Cheongyang chili pepper, 30g tteokguk tteok, soaked glass noodles, 380ml beef bone broth, 2 tbsp gochugaru, 0.5 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp gukganjang, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.1 tbsp black pepper, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with 0.2 tbsp Dasida, then boil once more. 0.2 tbsp Dasida.
