Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- pork belly 200g
- green onion 1 large
- store-bought beef bone soup 1 pack (500ml)
- water 300ml
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
- shrimp paste 1 tablespoon
- black pepper to taste
- seasoning (monosodium glutamate) a pinch
- rice 2 bowls
Recipe 🍳
- Chop green onion finely and sauté in a pan with oil to make fragrant green onion oil.
- Once the aroma rises, add pork belly generously and stir-fry together.
- When the meat begins to cook, add minced garlic 1 tablespoon, red pepper powder 2 tablespoons, black pepper, and shrimp paste 1 tablespoon in sequence, and stir-fry well.
- Once all ingredients are evenly mixed, pour in beef bone soup stock 500ml and water 300ml, then simmer briefly.
- When the broth starts boiling, add a pinch of seasoning and additional black pepper to adjust the taste, then serve hot over rice, topping with chopped green onion.
- Make green onion oil by sautéing finely chopped green onion, then fry the pork belly.
- Add minced garlic, red pepper powder, black pepper, and shrimp paste, stirring to combine with the seasoning.
- Pour in beef bone soup and water, then simmer briefly.
- Adjust final seasoning with a pinch of seasoning, then serve over rice.
