  • Cooking oil: 3 spoonfuls
  • Doenjang: 1/2 spoonful
  • Soy sauce: 2 spoonfuls
  • Gochugaru: 2 spoonfuls
  • Sugar: 2 spoonfuls
  • Gochujang: 1 large spoonful
  • Black pepper: 1/2 spoonful
  • Water: 1 cup (based on paper cup, approx. 180ml)
  • Sesame seeds: a little
  • Sesame oil: 1/2 spoonful
  • Beef seasoned stock powder: 1/2 spoonful

Recipe 🍳

  1. Thinly julienne a small amount of carrot and prepare.
  2. Julienne 1/2 onion and prepare.
  3. Slice 1 green onion diagonally and prepare.
  4. Thinly slice 2 Cheongyang chili peppers and prepare.
  5. Pour 3 spoonfuls of cooking oil into a pan, add 1/2 spoonful of doenjang and 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, and stir-fry over low heat as if frying. * The umami is maximized when the soy sauce and doenjang are lightly fried in oil.
  6. Add the marinated meat and julienned carrots, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked.
  7. Once the meat is fully cooked, grate or blend 1 large onion and add it.
  8. Add all the ingredients below, season, and stir-fry while maintaining medium heat.
