- Shiitake mushroom: 1 piece
- Radish: 800g
- Tofu: 300g
- Potato: 150g
- Gochugaru: 5 spoons
- Jinganjang: 4 spoons
- Anchovy extract: 2 spoons
- Mirin: 2 spoons
- Sugar: 1 spoon
- Minced garlic: 1 spoon
- Doenjang (soybean paste): 0.5 spoon
- Tuna: 135g
- Green onion
- Cheongyang chili pepper
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Place the following ingredients in a pot and boil. 1) Water 1L 2) Anchovies 10 pieces 3) Shiitake mushroom 1 piece.
- Add the following ingredients to the pot and simmer over medium heat for over 40 minutes. 1) Radish 800g 2) Tofu 300g 3) Potato 150g 4) Broth 5) Gochugaru 5 spoons 6) Jinganjang 4 spoons 7) Anchovy extract 2 spoons 8) Mirin 2 spoons 9) Sugar 1 spoon 10) Minced garlic 1 spoon 11) Doenjang 0.5 spoon 12) Tuna 135g.
- Once the sauce thickens to your liking, add the following ingredients and simmer briefly to finish. 1) Green onion 2) Cheongyang chili pepper 3) Sesame oil 4) Sesame seeds.
- Prepare the ingredients and mix the seasonings in advance.
