- onion: 180g
- green onion: 60g
- whole garlic: 50g
- ginger: 15g

- light soy sauce: 160ml
- brown sugar: 80g
- white pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- enoki mushrooms: 200g
- shiitake mushrooms: 40g
- rice cake: 150g
- corn syrup: 50ml
- monosodium glutamate: 0.5 teaspoon
- chunjang: 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil: 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳
- Score the beef short ribs and marinate them in crushed pear for 1 hour to draw out blood, then prepare broth by boiling radish, onion, green onion, whole garlic, and ginger.
- Add the marinated beef short ribs, broth, light soy sauce, brown sugar, and other seasonings, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, then add enoki and shiitake mushrooms and continue simmering for another hour.
- Finally, add rice cake, corn syrup, monosodium glutamate, and chunjang, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to complete the tender, savory beef short ribs stew.
