Recipe 🍳

  1. Score the beef short ribs and marinate them in crushed pear for 1 hour to draw out blood, then prepare broth by boiling radish, onion, green onion, whole garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the marinated beef short ribs, broth, light soy sauce, brown sugar, and other seasonings, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, then add enoki and shiitake mushrooms and continue simmering for another hour.
  3. Finally, add rice cake, corn syrup, monosodium glutamate, and chunjang, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to complete the tender, savory beef short ribs stew.
