- vanilla extract (a little)

- 1 egg

Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add butter, dark brown sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in the specified amounts and mix evenly.
- Crack in 1 egg and mix well, then sift in baking powder and cake flour and add to the bowl.
- Mix using a cutting motion with a spatula held upright to avoid overdeveloping gluten.
- Add chopped chocolate to the dough and mix lightly, then wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
- Divide the firm dough into about 70g portions, place on a baking sheet, and flatten into shapes.
- Top the dough with chocolate chips as desired, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes.
- Remove the baked cookies and let them cool completely before enjoying their crispy and chewy texture.
- Make a basic dough by mixing butter, sugars, egg, and sifted dry ingredients.
- Chill the dough mixed with chocolate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
- Divide into 70g portions, top with chocolate chips, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes, then cool.
