🙋 Recommended for

  • Those who want to make an impressive and new salmon dish using a neglected air fryer in just 15 minutes.
  • Those who want to enjoy a moist and tender seasoned salmon rice bowl that offers a different texture from raw salmon sashimi.

Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings

  • fresh salmon 150g
  • plain yogurt 1 tbsp
  • mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • herb salt a pinch
  • soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
  • minced garlic 0.5 tbsp
  • crushed red pepper a pinch
  • rice 1 bowl
  • parsley powder a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut fresh salmon into bite-sized cubes (square shapes) and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix the prepared salmon with plain yogurt, mayonnaise, herb salt, soy sauce, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper until well coated, being careful not to break the salmon.
  3. Evenly spread one bowl of rice on the bottom of an air fryer-safe container.
  4. Place the marinated salmon generously on top of the rice, making sure the pieces are not overlapping.
  5. For visual appeal and aroma, sprinkle parsley powder over the salmon.
  6. Put the container into an air fryer preheated to 190°C and cook for 10 minutes. Once the surface of the salmon is cooked to your liking, remove and mix everything together before eating.
  1. Cut the salmon into cubes and mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, and spicy red pepper powder seasoning.
  2. Spread warm rice in the air fryer container, place the seasoned salmon on top, and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Bake in an air fryer preheated to 190°C for 10 minutes and finish.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Crushed red pepper plays a key role in refreshing the rich flavor of the creamy sauce and salmon, so it is highly recommended to include it.
  • Depending on the thickness of the salmon and the performance of your air fryer, adjust the cooking time by 1–2 minutes to achieve a crispy exterior and moist interior.
