Cooking tips

  • Since extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point and is not suitable for high-heat cooking, use pure olive oil which has a milder flavor and is more appropriate for cooking.
  • Because the meat is evenly and tenderly cooked through, there is no need for resting after searing; slice immediately and the juices will not run out.
  • Do not discard the leftover herb oil; strain and store it. It can be used for sautéing pasta or other meat dishes for excellent flavor.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to cook a chef-level special and perfect steak at home.
  • Those who want to maximize the tender texture of meat using sous vide equipment.
