Raymon Kim's Striploin Steak

• 2 striploin steaks
• an appropriate amount of king oyster mushrooms
• an appropriate amount of button mushrooms
• 1 pack enoki mushrooms
• 5-6 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp butter
• generous amount of cooking oil
• a little olive oil
• a little red wine
• 2-3 sprigs thyme (herb)
• a little salt
• a little pepper
• a little wasabi
• a little lemon

Cooking tips 💡

• The core of the garlic clove can cause a strong odor, so remove it by splitting the clove in half for a cleaner aroma.
• Because enoki mushrooms become tough when cooked for too long, add them at the very end and cook only briefly.
• Sprinkling salt just before flipping prevents the osmotic pressure from drawing out meat juices.
• Cutting the steak immediately after cooking will cause the juices to run out, so make sure to rest it for about 5 minutes to keep it moist.
