Seungwoo Dad's Sausage and Vegetable Stir-fry

  • Vienna sausages (as needed)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • ketchup (as needed)
  • corn syrup (as needed)
  • gochujang (a little)
  • sesame seeds (a little)

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the onion along the grain into strips, and finely chop the garlic for cooking.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and stir-fry without burning to infuse the oil with garlic aroma.
  3. When the garlic is fragrant, add the sliced onion and scored Vienna sausages, and stir-fry together.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, corn syrup, and gochujang to your taste to make the sauce.
  5. When the onion becomes translucent, pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are glossy and well-coated.
  6. Turn off the heat, generously sprinkle with sesame seeds to add a nutty flavor, and finish.
