Recipe

In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and 1 tbsp of cooking oil with cold, uncooked instant rice. Mix thoroughly to coat the rice grains without crushing them.
Finely chop the kimchi using scissors. Drain as much oil as possible from the canned tuna.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the prepared kimchi and tuna and begin to stir-fry.
Stir-fry the kimchi and tuna until all the moisture has evaporated and the ingredients are completely dry.
Once the moisture is gone, add all the rice coated with egg mixture to the pan.
Immediately after adding the rice, vigorously press down with a spatula over high heat to separate the grains and stir-fry thoroughly.
Spread the rice thinly in the pan for about 30 seconds to dry out any remaining moisture. Continue stir-frying until the rice grains make a crackling sound, like burning firewood, to complete the dish.

Mix cold, uncooked instant rice with eggs and cooking oil until evenly coated.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped kimchi and drained tuna until dry.
Add the egg-coated rice and stir-fry over high heat, pressing firmly with a spatula until fluffy.

If using freshly cooked rice, cook it until fluffy, then cool it completely by freezing or spreading it on a plate.
