Thoroughly wash 225g of cleaned shrimp and pat completely dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, 1/2 cup frying mix, and 1/4 cup cold water, and mix lightly to coat the shrimp in batter.
In a separate bowl, mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1.5 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp condensed milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice, lemon zest, and 1/4 tsp salt to make the sauce.
Pour cooking oil into a pot and heat. When a small drop of batter rises to the surface after 3–4 seconds, the oil has reached the proper temperature.
Add the shrimp one by one to the oil so they don't stick together, and fry for 2–3 minutes until the outside is crispy and golden brown.
Drain the fried shrimp well, then add them to the bowl of prepared cream sauce, toss evenly, and transfer to a serving plate.

Mix shrimp with frying mix and cold water to coat in batter.
Combine mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk, and lemon juice to make a tangy cream sauce.
Fry the shrimp until golden, then toss in the sauce to finish.
