- napa cabbage 1/4 head
- perilla leaves 10 leaves
- shabu shabu beef 200g
- water 50ml
- soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- minced green chili 1 tablespoon
- vinegar 2 tablespoons
- sriracha sauce 3 tablespoons
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the napa cabbage thoroughly and trim the stem ends.
- Layer the cabbage, perilla leaves, and beef in sequence, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the sliced ingredients neatly in a microwave-safe dish and add a small amount of water.
- Cover the dish and microwave for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped chili, vinegar, sriracha sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the dipping sauce.
- Sprinkle soy sauce evenly over the cooked cabbage stew and serve with the dipping sauce.
- Layer cabbage, perilla leaves, and beef, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place in a microwave-safe dish, add water, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce and serve it alongside the cabbage stew, drizzling soy sauce on top.
