  • napa cabbage 1/4 head
  • perilla leaves 10 leaves
  • shabu shabu beef 200g
  • water 50ml
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • minced green chili 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • sriracha sauce 3 tablespoons
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the napa cabbage thoroughly and trim the stem ends.
  2. Layer the cabbage, perilla leaves, and beef in sequence, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange the sliced ingredients neatly in a microwave-safe dish and add a small amount of water.
  4. Cover the dish and microwave for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped chili, vinegar, sriracha sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the dipping sauce.
  6. Sprinkle soy sauce evenly over the cooked cabbage stew and serve with the dipping sauce.

  2. Place in a microwave-safe dish, add water, and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce and serve it alongside the cabbage stew, drizzling soy sauce on top.
