- cod 1kg
- green chili appropriate amount
- soy sauce 10 tablespoons
- red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
- oligodextrin 12 tablespoons
- sesame oil 2 tablespoons
- ginger extract 2 tablespoons
- pepper a pinch
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- water 3 cups
Recipe 🍳
- Blanch the 1kg of cod in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly under cold water and drain well on a colander.
- Mix together the required amounts of soy sauce, red pepper powder, oligodextrin, sesame oil, ginger extract, pepper, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Prepare green chilies to your preference and slice them diagonally for easy eating.
- Place the blanched cod, marinade, and 3 cups of water into a wide wok and simmer.
- Once the broth has reduced to a desirable consistency, add the prepared green chilies and simmer briefly to allow their aroma to fully infuse.
- Blanch cod in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain.
- Prepare the marinade and slice green chilies diagonally.
- Add cod, marinade, and water to a wok and simmer; finish by adding green chilies at the end.
