Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, remove the chalaza, and make a smooth egg mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the prepared vegetables and sausage, and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch syrup, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 cup pasta water or water to the stir-fried vegetables, and bring the sauce to a boil.
Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the seasoning sauce is well absorbed into the noodles.
In another pan, pour the egg mixture to cook a thin crepe, then place the stir-fried pasta on top, wrap it, and transfer to a plate to finish.

Prepare the vegetables and sausage, and beat the eggs.
Stir-fry the vegetables in a pan, then add the sauce ingredients, water, and cooked noodles, and stir-fry while reducing.
Make an egg crepe, gently wrap the pasta, and place on a plate to finish.
