Recipe

Prepare samgyeopsal to about 1cm thickness, and make closely spaced shallow cuts only on the fatty side.
Pre-set the green onion garnish on a plate for serving.
Heat the pan, then add a light layer of grape seed oil. (Grape seed oil has a high smoke point, preventing burning and enhancing flavor.)
Place the samgyeopsal in the heated pan and start grilling over high heat to lock in juices.
Once the meat is partially cooked, evenly sprinkle flower salt for seasoning.
If excess oil accumulates during grilling, place bread slices into the pan to absorb and remove the oil.
Cut the center of the meat with scissors and continue grilling until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
Transfer the well-grilled samgyeopsal onto the plate lined with green onion garnish, slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

Make slits in the fatty side of the samgyeopsal and prepare green onion garnish on a plate.
Heat the pan, add a bit of grape seed oil, place the meat, grill, and season with salt.
Use bread to wipe away excess oil while grilling both sides until golden, then serve on top of green onion garnish.
