Recipe

Add pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add a small amount of red food coloring to the marinade to achieve its signature exotic red color.
Score the pork belly surface with a grid pattern to help the marinade penetrate evenly.
Place the prepared pork belly into the marinade, toss well, and marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
