Cooking tips

  • For meat with sharp bones like a T-bone, it is highly recommended to use double-layered zipper bags to prevent the bag from tearing during the sous vide process.
  • Since the steak is already perfectly cooked inside after the sous vide process, you should only sear the surface quickly in the pan to avoid overcooking.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to cook thick steaks to a perfect medium-rare throughout without failure.
  • Those who want to maximize the moist and uniform texture of both the tenderloin and striploin.
