  • cornstarch 1 cup
  • water 10 tablespoons
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • sugar 4 tablespoons
  • vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • cucumber and onion vegetables a little
  • frying oil as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the pork loin thickly against the grain and prepare.

  3. Fry the meat one piece at a time in preheated oil until crispy, frying twice.
  4. In a pan, bring water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and vegetables to a boil, then adjust thickness with cornstarch slurry.
