- cornstarch 1 cup
- water 10 tablespoons
- soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- sugar 4 tablespoons
- vinegar 3 tablespoons
- cucumber and onion vegetables a little

- Slice the pork loin thickly against the grain and prepare.
- Mix cornstarch with water to make a batter, then evenly coat the meat.
