  • Water: 1L
  • Anchovy Broth Coin: 4 pieces
  • Gochugaru: 3 spoons
  • Fish Sauce: 3 spoons
  • Soup Soy Sauce: 3 spoons
  • Gochujang: 1 spoon
  • Minced Garlic: 1 spoon
  • Canned Tuna: 2 cans (400g)
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Zucchini: 1/2
  • Green Onion: 1 stalk
  • Cheongyang Pepper: 2
  • Red Pepper: 2
  • Tofu: 1 block
  • Black Pepper: a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Pour 1L of water into a pot and make 800ml of anchovy broth using 4 Anchovy Broth Coins or an anchovy-kelp pack.
  2. Season the broth with the following ingredients.
  3. Gochugaru: 3 spoons
  4. Fish Sauce: 3 spoons
  5. Soup Soy Sauce: 3 spoons
  6. Gochujang: 1 spoon
  7. Minced Garlic: 1 spoon
  8. Canned Tuna: 2 cans (400g)
  9. Optionally, you can discard the tuna oil and add only the tuna. (This recipe includes the tuna oil.)
  10. Once the broth starts boiling, cut 2 potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the stew first.
  1. Make broth in a pot by adding water and using anchovy stock cubes or a soup sachet, then season with chili powder and fish sauce.
