- (Measuring spoon: rice spoon)
- Water: 1L
- Anchovy Broth Coin: 4 pieces
- Gochugaru: 3 spoons
- Fish Sauce: 3 spoons
- Soup Soy Sauce: 3 spoons
- Gochujang: 1 spoon
- Minced Garlic: 1 spoon
- Canned Tuna: 2 cans (400g)
- Onion: 1/2
- Zucchini: 1/2
- Green Onion: 1 stalk
- Cheongyang Pepper: 2
- Red Pepper: 2
- Tofu: 1 block
- Black Pepper: a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Pour 1L of water into a pot and make 800ml of anchovy broth using 4 Anchovy Broth Coins or an anchovy-kelp pack.
- Season the broth with the following ingredients.
- Gochugaru: 3 spoons
- Fish Sauce: 3 spoons
- Soup Soy Sauce: 3 spoons
- Gochujang: 1 spoon
- Minced Garlic: 1 spoon
- Canned Tuna: 2 cans (400g)
- Optionally, you can discard the tuna oil and add only the tuna. (This recipe includes the tuna oil.)
- Once the broth starts boiling, cut 2 potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the stew first.
- Make broth in a pot by adding water and using anchovy stock cubes or a soup sachet, then season with chili powder and fish sauce.
- Once the broth starts boiling, add the potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces first and cook them.
- When the potatoes are cooked, add tuna and onions, boil for a little longer, and the spicy tuna stew is complete.
