  • flour a pinch
  • salt a pinch

  • vegetable oil a little
  • rice 1 bowl
  • cabbage salad a little
  • fried egg 1 piece
  • parsley powder or red pepper a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Evenly coat both sides of the thick pork neck steak with salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Heat a pan over high heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil, then sear the pork neck steak for 3 minutes per side, totaling 6 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and continue cooking for 2 minutes per side, totaling 4 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In the same pan used to cook the meat, add butter, tomato sauce, steak sauce, and pepper, then simmer until the sauce becomes thick and sticky.
  5. Slice the rested meat into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Place the sauce on a plate, then arrange the meat, rice, cabbage salad, and fried egg on top, and sprinkle with parsley or red pepper to finish.
