Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- Silken tofu: 400g
- Cream cheese: 300g
- Honey: 6 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 5g
- Ladyfingers: 16 pieces
- Espresso: 2 shots
- Hot water: 180ml (1 cup by paper cup standard)
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder
Recipe 🍳
- Strain 400g of silken tofu through a sieve and mash it.
- Add the following ingredients to the mashed silken tofu, mix, and strain once more. 1) 300g cream cheese 2) 6 tablespoons honey 3) 5g vanilla extract.
- In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and mix. 1) 2 shots espresso 2) 180ml hot water (1 cup by paper cup standard) 3) 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Dip the ladyfingers, cut to fit the size of the dish, into the prepared coffee.
- Layer the ingredients in the dish in the following order. 1) Coffee-dipped ladyfingers 2) Cream 3) Coffee-dipped ladyfingers 4) Cream.
- Spread the cream evenly, then refrigerate for about a day to let the cream set.
- Sprinkle the following ingredients to complete. 1) Powdered sugar 2) Cocoa powder.

- Mix and bake or chill according to the steps to achieve the desired texture.
