Recipe

In a pot, combine 600ml water, 24g agar powder, 60g sugar, and 60g honey, and bring to a boil.
In a pan, mix 240ml water, 300g white bean paste, 60ml milk, and 60g sweet chestnuts until smooth, then pour into yangeong molds and chill in the refrigerator to set the chestnut yangeong.
In a pan, mix 240ml water, 300g white bean paste, and 25g matcha powder with 60ml milk until well blended, then bring to a boil and pour into yangeong molds. Chill in the refrigerator to set the matcha yangeong.
In a pan, mix 240ml water and 300g red bean paste until smooth, then bring to a boil and pour into yangeong molds. Chill in the refrigerator to set the red bean yangeong.

Boil agar powder, sugar, and honey in water to make the base for the yangeong.
For chestnut yangeong, mix the base with white bean paste and sweet chestnuts and milk; for matcha yangeong, mix the base with white bean paste, matcha powder, and milk.
Finally, add red bean paste to make the red bean yangeong, then pour each mixture into molds and chill in the refrigerator to set all three types of yangeong.
