- dumplings for frying, as needed
- canned fruit cocktail, as needed
- a little sugar
- a little vinegar
- a little brewed soy sauce
- a little starch water
- cooking oil, generously
Recipe 🍳
- Add plenty of cooking oil to a pan or pot and fry the frozen dumplings until golden and crispy.
- In a separate pan, add water, the liquid and fruit from the canned fruit cocktail, sugar, vinegar, and brewed soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
- When the sauce starts to bubble, gradually add the starch water while stirring to thicken the sauce.
- Add the fried dumplings to the finished sweet and sour sauce and quickly toss until evenly coated.
- Fry the dumplings in cooking oil until golden and crispy.
- Boil the fruit cocktail sauce ingredients, then thicken with starch water.
- Toss the fried dumplings in the sauce until evenly coated.
