  • Chili Powder: 40g

  • Sesame Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Onion: 120g
  • Scallions: 50g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Trim the base of the spring cabbage and thoroughly wash off any dirt from the roots. Cut larger leaves in half. (500g spring cabbage)
  2. Make the seasoning by combining the following ingredients: 40g chili powder, 50ml grated pear (can be substituted with water if unavailable), 50ml anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp plum extract, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic.
  3. Combine the spring cabbage with the following ingredients and mix to complete the Bomdong Geotjeori: 120g onion, 50g scallions, sesame seeds.
  4. You can also make Bomdong Bibimbap by mixing the following ingredients with rice: Rice, Bomdong Geotjeori, Beef Brisket.
  1. Prepare the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix with seasonings, stir-fry if necessary, and adjust the taste.
  3. Serve on a plate while the texture is still fresh.
