- Spring Cabbage: 500g
- Chili Powder: 40g
- Grated Pear: 50ml (can be substituted with water)
- Anchovy Sauce: 50ml
- Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Plum Extract: 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil: 2 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Minced Garlic: 1 tbsp
- Onion: 120g
- Scallions: 50g
- Sesame Seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Trim the base of the spring cabbage and thoroughly wash off any dirt from the roots. Cut larger leaves in half. (500g spring cabbage)
- Make the seasoning by combining the following ingredients: 40g chili powder, 50ml grated pear (can be substituted with water if unavailable), 50ml anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp plum extract, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic.
- Combine the spring cabbage with the following ingredients and mix to complete the Bomdong Geotjeori: 120g onion, 50g scallions, sesame seeds.
- You can also make Bomdong Bibimbap by mixing the following ingredients with rice: Rice, Bomdong Geotjeori, Beef Brisket.
- Prepare the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix with seasonings, stir-fry if necessary, and adjust the taste.
- Serve on a plate while the texture is still fresh.
