Recipe

Mash 100g of Spam, leaving some small chunks.
Finely chop 60g of cabbage, 40g of onion, and 30g of garlic.
Add the mashed Spam and chopped vegetables to a pan and stir-fry until the Spam is golden.
Pour in 180ml of water, bring to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of jjajang powder and stir until dissolved.
Simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
