- Crushed Spam (to taste)
- Cabbage (to taste)
- Onion (to taste)
- Garlic (to taste)
- Water (to taste)
- Jajang powder (to taste)
- 1 bowl of rice
Recipe 🍳
- Crush the Spam in a bowl, keeping some texture, and finely chop the cabbage, onion, and garlic.
- Add a little oil to a pan, then stir-fry the prepared Spam and vegetables together.
- When the Spam turns golden and the vegetables wilt, releasing a nutty oil, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, add the jajang powder, and stir until the powder dissolves and the sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
- Stir-fry crushed Spam and chopped vegetables in a pan until golden and oil renders.
- Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and stir in jajang powder until dissolved.
