  • Siraegi: 300g
  • Doenjang: 2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Gochugaru: 1 tbsp
  • Anchovy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Green onion: 2 stalks
  • Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
  • Store-bought chili oil: 2-3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
  • Beef bone broth: 500ml
  • Water: 300ml
  • Gochugaru: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tbsp
  • Bean sprouts: Generous amount
  • Cheongyang chili: 3 pcs
  • Water: Generous amount
  • Blood curd: 500g
  • Soju: 1/2 bottle
  • Salt: 1 tbsp

Recipe 🍳

  1. Finely chop 300g of siraegi, mix with the ingredients below, season, and let it marinate for a while.
  2. 2 tbsp doenjang
  3. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  4. 1 tbsp gochugaru
  5. 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
  6. Cut 2 stalks of green onion in half and then into large pieces about the length of a finger.
  7. In a pot, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp store-bought chili oil, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Add the seasoned siraegi and 2 stalks of green onion, and slowly stir-fry over low heat to bring out the flavor.
  8. Add 500ml beef bone broth and 300ml water to the well-stir-fried siraegi. Add 1 tbsp gochugaru and 1/2 tbsp salt to season.
  9. Taste the broth before adding salt and adjust the amount of salt according to your preference.
  10. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes before adding the next ingredients.
