• 1 cup soy sauce (paper cup standard, 160ml)
• 1/2 cup mirim (paper cup standard, 80ml)
• 1/2 cup gochugaru (paper cup standard, 50g)
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 4 tablespoons maesil extract
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 150g scallions
• 150g garlic chives
• 1 cheongyang chili pepper
• two bowls of rice
• a handful of crushed seaweed flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
• a little sesame seeds
