- Russet potatoes
- Butter: 60g
- All-purpose flour: 60g
- Water: 600ml
- Beef stock: 10g
- Bay leaf: 1 sheet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese curds
- Bacon
- Parsley
Recipe 🍳
- Peel the Russet potatoes and cut them with a crinkle cutter. Russet potatoes * Russet potatoes are American potatoes that are fluffier and crispier when fried.
- Place the Russet potatoes in oil at a low temperature and fry until golden brown while gradually increasing the temperature.
- Fry the bacon in the same oil used for frying the potatoes. Bacon.
- In another pan, combine the ingredients below to make a roux and slowly cook until it becomes a brown roux. Butter 60g, All-purpose flour 60g.
- Once it becomes a brown roux, add the ingredients below and boil. Water 600g, Beef stock 10g, Bay leaf 1 sheet, Salt, Pepper. * You can make gravy sauce by tasting and adding salt and pepper in between. Salt, Pepper.
- Top the hot french fries with the ingredients below to complete! Hot french fries, Cheese curds, Gravy sauce, Fried bacon, Parsley.
- Cut russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and fry at a low temperature, then fry bacon until crispy.
- Make a rich gravy sauce by making a roux with butter and flour, then adding beef stock and simmering.
