  • Russet potatoes
  • Butter: 60g
  • All-purpose flour: 60g
  • Water: 600ml
  • Beef stock: 10g
  • Bay leaf: 1 sheet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese curds
  • Bacon
  • Parsley

Recipe 🍳

  1. Peel the Russet potatoes and cut them with a crinkle cutter. Russet potatoes * Russet potatoes are American potatoes that are fluffier and crispier when fried.
  2. Place the Russet potatoes in oil at a low temperature and fry until golden brown while gradually increasing the temperature.
