- Chili Powder: 7 spoons
- Soy Sauce: 5 spoons
- Corn Syrup: 4 spoons
- Sugar: 1 spoon
- Oyster Sauce: 3 spoons
- Minced Garlic: 3 spoons
- Pepper: 0.3 spoons
- Potato Starch: 1 spoon
- Minced Cheongyang Pepper: 2 spoons
- Beef Brisket: 250g
- Cabbage: 250g
- Green Onion: 80g
- Carrot: 40g
- Onion: 100g
- Chinese Noodles: 200g
- Sesame Oil: 2 spoons
- Sesame Seeds: 1 spoon
Recipe 🍳
- Mix the following ingredients with 300g of prepared octopus: 7 spoons chili powder, 5 spoons soy sauce, 4 spoons corn syrup, 1 spoon sugar, 3 spoons oyster sauce, 3 spoons minced garlic, 0.3 spoons pepper, 1 spoon potato starch, 2 spoons minced Cheongyang pepper.
- Stir-fry 250g of beef brisket in a pan until golden brown. 250g Beef Brisket.
- Once the meat is cooked, remove it temporarily and stir-fry the following ingredients: 250g cabbage, 80g green onion, 40g carrot, 100g onion, and the octopus.
- When the octopus is cooked, add 200g of boiled Chinese noodles and mix.
- Top with the following ingredients to complete: Beef brisket, sesame oil, sesame seeds.
- Prepare and measure all ingredients in advance.
- Cook the main ingredients in order, adding seasonings.
- Check seasoning and doneness, then plate to finish.
