  • Water: 1L
  • Daeryeongsukju Broth Coin: 4
  • Gochugaru: 6 tablespoons
  • Anchovy sauce: 4 tablespoons
  • Homemade doenjang: 2 tablespoons
  • Soup soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Radish: 200g
  • Pollack roe, cod roe: to taste
  • Mirin: 1 tablespoon
  • Bean sprouts: 2 large handfuls (200g)
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 2
  • Red chili pepper: 2
  • Crown daisy: 1 handful
  • Tofu: 1/2 block
  • Black pepper: 1/3 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Make 1L of anchovy broth by adding 4 Daeryeongsukju Broth Coins or 10 anchovies in a broth bag to 1L of water.

  3. Add the following ingredients to the anchovy broth and mix well.
