Recipe 🍳

  1. In boiling water, add salt and cook the penne pasta to your desired doneness.
  2. Put the cooked penne in a pan, add a generous amount of pasta water and the prepared oyster oil.
  3. Add a small amount of white wine and oyster sauce, then stir-fry over high heat until the sauce coats the pasta.
  4. When the liquid has mostly evaporated, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then plate.
