Ttukdak Hyung's Aged Kimchi Perilla Oil Pasta

  • Beef Brisket: 200g

  • Garlic: 50g
  • Peperoncino: 1g
  • Pasta: 150g
  • Cham Sauce: 50ml
  • MSG Salt: 0.3 spoonful
  • Perilla Leaves: 10g
  • Peeled Perilla Seed Powder: 1.5 spoonful
  • Perilla Oil: 50ml
  • Crushed Pepper

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pan, add the following ingredients and cook. Beef Brisket 200g, Salt 2g, Pepper 1g.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, remove the meat. In the same pan used for the meat, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. Washed Aged Kimchi 200g.
  3. When the kimchi is golden brown, set it aside briefly. In the same pan used for the kimchi, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. Olive Oil 100ml, Garlic 50g, Peperoncino 1g.
  4. When the garlic is fragrant, add the following ingredients and mix. Cooked Pasta 150g, Pasta Water 3 spoonfuls, Cham Sauce 50ml, Stir-fried Aged Kimchi, MSG Salt 0.3 spoonful, Perilla Leaves 10g, Peeled Perilla Seed Powder 1.5 spoonfuls.
