Spread the rice thinly over the seaweed, then flip it over. Place the following ingredients on top and roll. Seaweed, rice, cheddar cheese, egg crepe, kimbap ham, imitation crab sticks, fish cakes, pickled radish.
Mix 150g of drained tuna with the following ingredients, then place it on top of the kimbap. Nude Tuna Kimbap is complete! 150g tuna, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 0.3 Tbsp black pepper. Glass noodles: 100g. Carrots: 100g. Onion: 150g. Bell pepper: 60g. Salt: 0.2 Tbsp. Black pepper: 0.2 Tbsp. Water: 180ml. Soy sauce: 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce: 1 Tbsp. Sugar: 1 Tbsp.
Soak 100g of glass noodles in lukewarm water.
Stir-fry the following ingredients in a pan. 100g carrots, 150g onion, 60g bell pepper, 0.2 Tbsp salt, 0.2 Tbsp black pepper.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add the following ingredients and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates. 180ml water, soaked glass noodles, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish! 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
Prepare the rice and accompanying ingredients.
Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasonings.
Place on top of the rice and add toppings to complete.
